Debt, Debtor's Imprisonment and Involuntary Servitude


For insolvent debtors:

[Provost Marshall:  head of police force and "long term" jail]

1.  Creditor brings matter before the court.

2.  Debtor is jailed by the provost and kept in prison until Court Date.

If debtor then pleaded the "Act for THE More Effectual Relief of Insolvent Debtors," and 
a)  must, within one month, provide a full accounting of all assets,
b)  make an oath
