18th Century Charleston - Queen St.

Queen St. runs East to West across the peninsula.  It runs parallel to Cumberland St. to its north and Chalmers, then Broad St. to the South.

The Workshop of Thomas Elfe, 1760

Erected circa 1760 in the old section of the city.  A rare surviving example  of its kind containing 4 finely paneled rooms and other trim which makes it exceptional for a house of its modest size.
